I've tried running Client-Installer.exe and EDLaunch in every possible combination of uninstalling, reinstalling with Client-Installer.exe, rebooting, and running EDLaunch in the default directory (C:\Program Files (x86).) and another (F:) running as admin and not with my virus scanner (MSE) enabled and disabled, and absolutely nothing has made any difference.ĮDLaunch.exe crashes as soon as I run it, every time. Turns out there isn't a different installer, so now I'm stuck with this. Figured it'd probably be fixed when I got the installer for the real game on launch day today.
